I was born with ink in my veins

I grew up in the home of my grandfather, author and journalist Abdullah bin Khamis, surrounded by piles of books and stories, soaking up the scent of paper and ink. From an early age, I was enchanted by the magic of words and believed in their power. I nurtured this passion by earning a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the American University in Dubai, followed by a Master’s degree from Columbia University’s School of Journalism in New York.I worked at the offices of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum immediately after college, where I absorbed the essence of leadership and innovation.Years later, I launched Abajora Podcast, whose voice soon echoed far and wide, gaining both local and regional recognition, winning multiple awards, and remaining at the top of podcast charts for years. Today, I share my voice, thoughts, and experiences with the world through my platforms on social media, hoping to leave a lasting impact and a meaningful legacy.
